Self Catering Apartment to Rent
The approach to Tamarillas takes you away to one of the quieter corners of the golf resort. The apartment has its own allocated underground parking, accessed to te left of the building. The apartment here is seen on the ground floor at the left of the front part behind the post boxes. The road only serves this complex so there is virtually no traffic.
The property is approached from the front across a garden laid out with indigenous plants such as Olive, Bird of Paradise and Bougainvillea.
The back of the property has a spacious patio area looking out over two of the three communal pools. This faces roughly south and gets the best of the daytime sun with gentle shade in the evening.
In the distance are the 11th and 12th greens with the elevated 13th tee also visible. With nothing but countryside in front of you the outlook is pure serenity.
The living/dining room looks out over the patio and one of the communal pools. The living room has a 2 seater and a 3 seater settee and is fitted with air conditioning. The TV receives a mix of TV stations from across Europe inlcuding the main terrestrial UK channels. The TV will also play videos or photos from a USB memory stick or via an HDMI cable should you wish to take some films or check out your holiday snaps.
The main living area includes a dining table that will comfortably seat 4 adults. The table also extends to provide extra room if necessary.
The apartment has two bathrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet and bath with a shower over.
The main bathroom (above) has wash basin, toilet and shower. Both are extensively tiled covering all the wet areas.
The fully equipped kitchen has oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, along with everything else you need in the kitchen.
There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board - just in case!
The main bedroom is unusally spacious with a king size double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet and bath with a shower over. The double windows have wooden shutters or curtains to provide just the right level of darkness for a good night's sleep.

The aprtment is on the ground floor but looking from an elevated position you can see both the pools visible from the patio, it's easy to see the careful attention to detail in the landscaping. The far pool is a kidney shaped infinity pool and looks out over the golf course with a children's pool near by.
The children's pool is right next to the infinity pool so is ideal for families with young children. Enjoy the views over the 11th and 12th greens and the surrounding coutryside looking up to Bedar in the nearby hills.
